Hi, and thanks for visiting my website. My name is Shirley Cisneros; and I was born and raised in Guadalupe, California, a small agricultural town on the Central Coast. As the daughter of Filipino immigrants, I learned to eat first and ask questions later - Haha!
But seriously, if you’re familiar with the Filipino culture you already know cooking and eating (and “talking story”) is a way of life. And I’d like to bring this “way” to your next event or gathering.
